We are so sorry your items did not arrive in perfect condition, or items are missing from your shipment. We will do everything possible to remedy the issue.
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately within 2 DAYS of receiving the item if there are ANY issues so we can evaluate the situation. If you do not contact us within those first 2 days of receiving the item, we can NOT process a replacement.

Please include all details, what is damaged or missing, order number(s) and clear pictures of ALL package contents.
REQUIRED PHOTOS:
- Shipping Label
- Package Contents
- Damages (close up and full item i.e. bent corner 2 pictures)
CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN TWO (2) DAYS OF FEDEX DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.
Do not use any damaged items.
Items which have been utilized are ineligible for claims.
The first three photos would be replaced, the fourth one would not.
