EXISTING ORDERS-

I got my order, now what?

1: Open your boxes AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
2: Inventory each box for accuracy.
3: If there is anything missing/damaged immediately file a claim using the claim form.  CLAIM FORM
4: TAKE PICS of your new goodies!
5: SHARE photos on your FB page - letting your customers know you've got new goodies!

 

I got my order and there is an issue with it?

We are so sorry this happened, please fill out a Claim Form and we will get it dealt with promptly.  We want your business to GROW and we understand how product issues hinder that. CLAIM FORM

 

I got my order and now don't want it.

All orders are printed per your order and so we don't allow returns.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is processing the production process has begun and we cannot cancel it. 

Can I combine orders?

The way things are printed and processed in our system we unfortunately cannot combine orders if an order has already been processed. If they are not processing yet, then yes we can combine your orders. 

Is it too late to make a change?

Once your order is processing it is too late to make a change. In order to have a fast turnaround we put things into production quickly and so it may be too late.

General Questions-

 

How long is your turnaround time?

Our turnaround time is 5-7 business days. We strive to get orders out even quicker when we can but our typical TAT is 5-7 business days.

*Except in unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events.

Can you expedite an order or shipping?

We are a print on demand company, and do not carry inventory in stock. In addition, we cannot expedite the shipping. Orders are processed in the order they are received, however order volume fluctuates. We want to do everything we can to help your event be successful. If you have a need for an item quicker than our 7 business day turnaround, contact us before placing your order to see if our production schedule will allow for quicker shipping. Please do not promise your customers something that you do not have in hand, that sets everyone up for a no win situation. 

Do I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you will receive confirmation through each step. Once your order shows "Processing" your order is going through our production process. Once it ships you will receive a confirmation with tracking. 

Why do I have to register to your website and FB group?

Our goal is to protect you and your yard card rental business. We don't want your customers having access to your inventory and pricing.  Facebook Group

Do you have pictures for advertising?

We encourage you to get your stuff and take your own advertisement pictures so you can rent out how you will do it. Practice set ups are a great way to get your photos and build confidence in your set up techniques.

I'm starting a business, do you have any support for this?

I live in Alabama, can I come pick up my order?

Although our headquarters are in Alabama, we have multiple locations, and production does not happen in Alabama. All orders will be shipped to recipients and cannot be picked up. Fingers crossed that local pick up will be an option in the future.

Will you print licensed graphics?

We will only print graphics we have the permission and proper licensing to print. We will not print anything we do not, IE sports teams, Disney, Pixar etc... This is copy written material that is illegal to use, these companies can take legal action against you. We want to protect our customers from this. Need some help doing a theme without the licensed graphics? Reach out and we would love to help you come up with some ideas. 

 

Technical Issues-

 

I did not receive a confirmation or I'm not getting updates on my order.

This happened for one of two reasons, either it went to spam or your email was typed in wrong. If not in your spam folder email, contact us using the widget in the lower right corner of the screen and we will get your email fixed and a receipt sent out. 

I am having issues with my cart or checking out?

Try refreshing you browser, logging out and logging back in or try a different browser (Firefox, Chrome, etc.).

I'm having trouble signing into the Joyful Designs Online Store?


-First confirm you are registered for the online store access. Joyful Designs is a trade-only wholesale supplier. You need to register your email/password to gain access to the store. Once you do that we will approve your membership within 2 hours during normal business hours.
